The Clients Last Contact Report lists the last three recorded instances of contacts with clients who haven’t been in contact since a given date.
The recorded instances are based on the last timesheet entries logged for the client prior to that date.
Using this report you can identify patterns or gaps in service. It also serves as a valuable tool for follow-ups, allowing teams to maintain or reestablish contact with clients.
Based on the information from this report, you can check if a job or a client needs to be made non-current.

How to generate the Clients Last Contact Report
From Reports >> Performance Reports >> go to Timesheet Entries section >> click on Clients Last Contact and select the required date. The selected date is used to show only clients that have not had any timesheet logged against them after this date.
If you have been in touch with that client after this date, then the client will not show in this report at all.
To see all clients and their last three contacts, set the Date From as today’s date.

Now click on the Report Options button and select either of the preview options to view the Clients Last Contact Report.
