In Abtrac there are three options for creating and sending job documents that contain fee details. Complex Job Specific templates use a library of customisable Sections to display fee and project information tailored to the current project. They’re ideal for creating detailed, itemised fee agreements, quotes, or proposals, and can optionally include project-specific budget tables and images.

Cloning jobs or projects in Abtrac helps you quickly create new projects based on existing ones, saving time and ensuring consistency. This is useful for setting up similar jobs for different clients or repeating project structures. Simply go to the job details page, select the cloning option, and customise the new project as needed. You can adjust client details, budgets, and task allocations before finalising.
