Exciting Changes Are Coming to Abtrac
We’re making some of the biggest visual improvements to Abtrac in years.
Over the next 6–12 months, you’ll see a refreshed interface, smarter navigation, and powerful new tools designed to simplify the way you work.
But don’t worry, these changes won’t appear all at once. We’ll introduce them gradually, with plenty of notice and regular product updates to keep you informed every step of the way.

Coming Soon
Refreshed User Interface
A cleaner, more modern look with improved page layouts, clearer validation messages and a more consistent user experience.
New Navigation (August 2026)
A collapsible left-hand menu and Quick Actions toolbar that provide more screen space while making commonly used functions easier to access.
Simplified Administration (September – October 2026)
Administration pages are being consolidated so related settings—such as employee details, permissions, responsibilities and login information can all be managed from a single screen.
Enhanced Employee Information (December 2026)
New employee metrics, including details such as last login and record activity, giving administrators additional visibility at a glance.
Next-Generation Work Scheduling (December 2026 – January 2027)
A completely redesigned scheduling experience that allows you to:
- Schedule jobs, tasks and work items
- Allocate work using drag-and-drop
- View schedules by employee or project
- Identify overallocated resources
- Balance workloads across your team
- Filter by office, team or job manager
- View schedules by week, fortnight or month
