The New Job Listings Between Dates report gives a list of new jobs created/confirmed within a selected date range.
New Job Listings Between Dates Report
Go to Reports >> Performance Reports >> Clients and Jobs >> click on New Job Listings Between Dates >> select the required from and to dates.
You can additionally filter and/or group this report by Job Office, Client Owner, Job Owners and Job Type, and also Job Status.
Now click on the ‘Report Options’ button on the top right and select any of the preview options. The ‘New Job Listings Between Dates’ options box appears.
Here again you can filter and/or group this report by Job Status and Job Type.
You can choose to show all jobs and proposals or just jobs, proposals or jobs converted from proposals.

Other filters are for using Job Create/Confirm Date and showing all/current jobs.
You can also choose to print each Job Owner on a separate page.
Select the required criteria and click on the ‘Print Preview’ button in the options box to preview ‘New Job Listings – Between Dates’ report.
When using this report with the Project status classifier, it becomes a useful tool for quickly analysing where your new jobs and proposals are at.
The metrics at the bottom of each group and at the end of the report are useful to quickly view the ‘Percentage Confirmed’ of the new jobs/proposals and the ‘Percentage New Billable of’ the new jobs/proposals.
Understanding the Data
The New Job Listings Between Dates report shows the following information-
- Job Code
- Proposal Number
- Description
- Client Name
- Job Owner
- Job Owner 2
- Create (date)
- Confirmed (date)
- Fixed Fee
- Work Value and at the end of each group –
- Total New
- Total Confirmed
- Percentage Confirmed
- Jobs/Proposals Count (total)
- Fixed Fee (total)
- Work Value (total) and at the end of the report –
- Percentage New Billable of
- Total For Report
From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on the relevant ‘Job Code’ corresponding to the ‘Contact name’ to go into Job Details page.
The ‘Job Code’, ‘Proposal Number’, ‘Description’, ‘Job Owner’, ‘Job Owner 2’, ‘Create’ (date) and ‘Confirmed’ (date) for this report comes from the Job Details tab in this page.
The ‘Fixed Fee’ and ‘Work Value’ comes from the Job Billing Details tab in this page.
The ‘Work Value’ is the total cost of the job and the ‘Fee’ is what you’re charging the client.
Your fixed ‘fee’ may be a percentage of the total cost of the job. The ‘Work Value’ figure entered can be used to evaluate budgets for your tasks based on percentages of this figure.
From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on any ‘Contact Name’ to view the client Details for page.
The client name for this report comes from the ‘Details’ tab in the Details for client page.
