The invoice layout, account rendered and statement can all be modified to suit your corporate image.
When you go live with AbtracOnLine, we recommend you do invest in getting the support team to create your invoice layout for you, there’s more detail on the invoice customisation process here.
We will add your logo and modify the header, subtotal and footer of the Abtrac invoice to suit.
As part of your Abtrac invoice training we will show you how to style the main body of each individual invoice using features within Abtrac’s invoicing module.
What design elements can you modify on your invoice?
As part of your invoice modification you can add your logo and modify the header, subtotal and footer of the Abtrac invoice to suit.

You can show as much, or as little contact and project information as you wish on your invoice. For simplicity our template examples show all available fields, e.g. Project Code, Purchase Order Number, Claim Numbers etc
How invoice lines and amounts are displayed on your invoice (Invoice Body)
As part of your Abtrac invoice training, we’ll show you how to style the main body of each invoice using features within the invoicing module.

It’s important to understand how invoice lines appear.
The content and format of your invoice are determined by how the invoice is created and the options selected during the invoicing process.
Options like text only, text + value, or text + units are set when creating the invoice. Automatically generated layouts, such as progress claims, group by task, or itemised by employee and rate, are also determined by the invoice content and method of creation – not by a design or template setting.

This means the structure of what you charge your client – and how it is presented – is driven by your invoicing method, rather than a fixed layout setting.
