Invoice Template Modification examples

The invoice layout, account rendered and statement can all be modified to suit your corporate image.

When you go live with AbtracOnLine, we recommend you do invest in getting the support team to create your invoice layout for you, there’s more detail on the invoice customisation process here.

We will add your logo and modify the header, subtotal and footer of the Abtrac invoice to suit.

As part of your Abtrac invoice training we will show you how to style the main body of each individual invoice using features within Abtrac’s invoicing module.

What can you modify on your invoice?

You can show as much, or as little information as you wish on your invoice.

For simplicity our template examples show all available fields.

Please note: Not all templates have all the company fields displayed for your office, e.g. email/fax/postal and street address – each template displays all the contact fields available for that template.
Please check your contact requirements before confirming your template.

Invoice Logo Requirements

Logo dimensions are provided for each template. In addition your logo must be of a high quality/resolution(dpi/ppi) for invoice printing as well as emailing. Logos must be supplied in an image format such as .jpg, png etc.

To prevent your image being skewed please specify (in millimetres) the size your image needs scaled to (If the physical dimensions differ from your invoice template default image size).
