In Abtrac most projects are At Work, but you can optionally select projects like sick leave, annual leave, professional development as Not At Work - to measure productivity only on time spent on 'real work'

You can manage breaks in Abtrac by either skipping them entirely and logging only work timesheet lines, or by explicitly entering break time — typically against a non-billable project, or carefully within a billable project.
