Understanding the data

The report lists the referral source, job code, date created, client name, job description, job fee estimate (fixed fee), job quote description (fixed fee description) and confirmed date. Where referral comments have been recorded, these are also displayed.

The report groups jobs by Referred From source and provides a total number of referrals and fixed fee value for each referral source. Jobs where no referral source has been recorded are grouped under No Referral. When optionally grouping by Office, totals are only displayed by Referral Source and not by Office.

A total for the entire report is shown at the end.

Referrals By (Referred From)

The referral source recorded against the job.

This may be a person, company or other referral source entered in the Referred From field on the job. In the Referrals report, the referral source is displayed as the referrer’s name followed by “of” and the company name, where a company has been recorded.

For example: Nic Pappas of Victoria Landscaping Guys
