The Job Feedback Report gives a list of Job Feedback information for jobs within the selected date criteria.

How to generate a Job Feedback Report
Go to Reports >> Performance Reports >> Clients and Jobs >> click on Job Feedback >> select the filter criteria from the right.
You can optionally filter this report by Client, Job, Client Owner 1, Job Owner 1 and Employee.

Now, click on the ‘Report Options’ button and select any of the preview options. The ‘Choose Additional Report Options’ box appears.

Fill in the required date and grouping criteria in the box. Now click on the preview button in the box to preview the ‘Job Feedback’ report.
Understanding the data
The Job Feedback report shows the following information-
- Client (name)
- Job Code
- Person Responsible
- Description
- Date Created
- Date Due
- Date Completed
- Comment
- Follow Up Required and
- Summary

From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on any ‘Contact Name’ to view the client Details for page.
The Client name for this report comes from the ‘Details’ tab in the Details for client page.

From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on the relevant ‘Job Code’ corresponding to the ‘Contact name’ to go into Job Details page.
The ‘Job Code’ and ‘Description’ for this report comes from the Job Details tab in this page.

The Person Responsible, Date Created, Date Due, Date Completed, Comment, Follow Up Required and Summary in this report comes from the Job Feedback tab in this page.
