The Current Client Contacts report gives a list of all contacts associated with clients. The report shows only current contacts and current clients, grouped and filtered by your company offices. It also optionally groups by client owners. This report is typically used by administration, marketing and project management teams.
How to generate a Current Client Contacts Report
Go to Reports >> Performance Reports >> Clients and Jobs >> click on Current Client Contacts and select the filter and/or group options.
Click on ‘Report Options’ and select any of the preview options to view the Current Client Contacts List.
This report can be grouped by Client Owner as below.
Another usefulness of this report would be to create a mailing list of your client contacts by using the export option.
When you select ‘Preview with Export Options’ on clicking the ‘Report Options’ button, you can export this report to pdf, xls, xlsx, rtf, docx, mht, html, text, csv or image format.
Understanding the Data
The Current Client Contacts List report contains the following details-
- Person Name
- Role
- Phone
- Mobile
- Name (of client)
- Branch
- Post Address 1
- Post Address 2
- Phone and
- Fax
The information is drawn from the client Details for page.
From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on any ‘Contact Name’ (client name) to view the client Details for page.
People details are from the People tab in this page, while the client details are from the Address tab.
