What Abtrac shares with Xero depends on your integration settings. Typically, Abtrac sends invoices, credit notes, client and contact details, and timesheet/payroll data to Xero – and receives bill details and invoice payments back. The Abtrac API allows external applications, reporting tools and integrations to retrieve selected data from Abtrac. It is most commonly used with Microsoft Power BI and other business intelligence platforms to create custom reports, dashboards and analysis. The API can also be used to develop custom integrations with other applications, automation platforms and AI tools that support REST APIs. API access is available separately from your standard Abtrac subscription and requires a one-time setup fee.
