AbtracOnLine links to MYOB AccountRight Live directly via the MYOB API. You can set up the link between Abtrac and MYOB in less than 10 minutes following the instructions below, or if you call the support team we’d be happy to help you get underway.

MYOB has changed its authentication requirements. For the time being, invoices and other items pushed from Abtrac to MYOB must be authorised by an MYOB user with full Administrator access to the company file.

Assigning General Ledger (GL) codes from your Accounting codes to Abtrac invoices and their individual lines. Users can customise GL codes for invoice lines in the "Create/Edit Invoice Line" box and assign default codes based on office, department, job type, or task. These codes link Abtrac to accounting software, like MYOB or Xero, ensuring accurate categorisation for sales or income.
