The Current Jobs widget provides a high-level summary of all active jobs in Abtrac, allowing users to quickly see are breakdown of the current workload.
Current Projects Widget
The current jobs widget displays:
Current Jobs
The total number of active jobs in the system.
Billable Jobs
Current jobs that are classified as billable project work.
Proposal Jobs
Current jobs that are being managed as proposals or opportunities and have not yet progressed to bilable project work.
Non-Billable Jobs
Current jobs that are classified as non-billable, such as internal administration, business development, training, leave, or other overhead activities.
Understanding Current Projects Widget Job Types and Totals
Users can view these figures to monitor movements between revenue-generating projects, proposal work, and internal activities.
The counts shown in this widget are summary totals. Detailed information about the jobs included in each category can be accessed from the Clients and Jobs Search screen by applying the relevant job type and status filters.
The totals shown in the widget reflect the current status and billing classification of jobs within Abtrac.
