Throughout late April and early May we’ll be updating the Abtrac Knowledgebase. We’ve given ourselves a bit of a makeover, updated our search engine and created a more efficient help menu. Things may look a little different but rest assured all our support articles are still here.
What’s changed in the Knowledgebase?
The biggest change is that we’ve tried to make things easier to find for both new Abtrac users and for those with a bit of experience using the system.
You’ll now see two menu options: Getting Started and Support Articles.
Clicking on either menu option takes you to the home page for that section.
We’ve also included our most commonly used help topics for each section in a drop down menu.
The entire list of articles in the knowledge base is included in the Support Articles page. Like previously it contains a second menu on the right-hand side where you can view all articles by category, or browse trending keywords/topics for all.
Click on the header of any article (or the Read more link) to view a full screen version of the article.
We’ve also tried to keep the help pages streamlined, so any additional information within the knowledge base has now moved to the main menu or the footer; including…
- information about the Abtrac Support team
- signing up for our monthly newsletters
- terms and conditions of using Abtrac
- our contact details
- connecting with us for remote support
- following the team on social media
We’ll continue to update both content and styling of the knowledge base over the next few weeks, and we thank you for both your feedback and patience as we implement this change.
