If you are within a mobile coverage area, or on Wifi, you can access and use AbtracOnline on your mobile device, IPad, tablet or laptop.
This is useful for managing timesheets, looking up contact details and addresses in particular while away from your desk.
The easiest way is to use Abtrac on your mobile or tablet/Ipad is to configure Abtrac on your PC or Mac before heading out on the road.
You can simply do this by clicking on the profile symbol in the Home screen >> click on Edit my Settings.
Change the ‘Timesheet View’ to any of the form views by setting below to a value of 4 or 5.
On your mobile device through the browser, log into www.abtraconline.com.
Save this URL to your home screen.
Then enter your password and when prompted, save that too.
So now you have an icon on your phone’s home screen and when you click on it, you will go to this familiar login page.
When you tap LOGIN, you will go to this page where you can edit your timesheet or add a new one.
The ‘Form’ views of the timesheet are mobile-friendly.
As this is not a stand-alone app, make sure that you are within a mobile cell coverage area with an internet connection.
