Status: Resolved

Last updated 01 August 2024 12:00 NZST

Microsoft have published a patch for affected users and are reporting that service is starting to recover for the 365/Exchange issue. Read more here: https://status.cloud.microsoft/

Abtrac remains fully accessible for users on networks other than One NZ and 2 degrees, and we understand the majority of ONE NZ and 2degrees users, and those with earlier MS Exchange problems are now able to access Abtrac also.

If you are still experiencing problems we recommend you contact your IT Consultancy for further assistance.

Status: Investigating

We are aware of an issue affecting some Abtrac users this morning who are unable to access the system.

There was a global outage affecting Microsoft products including email service Outlook and cloud hosting application Azure overnight (11:45 UTC 30 July 2024). Microsoft reports this has been resolved you can read details of the incident here in an Azure update and also here.

However we are hearing that some Abtrac users – particularly those on the One NZ, 2degrees and affiliate networks have not had this resolution filter through yet. These sites are also reporting disrupted mobile service, some have issues with Outlook and 365, and intermittent website throttling (including Abtrac).

If possible we recommend these affected users switch to accessing Abtrac.com via the Spark network until a solution is delivered via your Internet Service providers. Your IT consultants may be able to assist with this.
