We regularly send Tips & Tricks emails to Abtrac clients. These emails detail new, relevant or topical features in Abtrac.
The monthly Abtrac newsletters are sent via our email service provider (ESP): Hubspot
Whilst we do our best to ensure the mail gets through, private email domains tend to have more aggressive firewalls and spam filters than Gmail or other free webmail providers. Sometimes, these network firewalls and filters can block our campaigns.
If we notice that mail to you is being blocked then whitelisting our ESPs is a possible solution.
If you’re having problems receiving Abtrac News the best way to ensure ‘the mail prevails’ is to add the following IP addresses to your white list.
