The New Job Listings Between Dates report gives a list of new jobs created/confirmed within a selected date range.
The Chart of Invoice Listing Report gives two views of revenue earned.
A chart of the total amount invoiced per month, as well as a chart of cumulative amount invoiced. Both include a comparison to the previous calendar year/years.
These charts are useful as a visual representation of the performance of a company with regards to income earned, and to compare monthly and yearly performances.
The filter options allow you to view and compare revenue by office. You can also view performance by a selected client or job.
The Repeat Clients report gives a list of clients within a selected date range. Repeat Clients are those who have more than one associated job in the system.
This report may be used to show the relationship a job owner is cultivating with clients and any repeat work that is coming in from a client.
It can also be used to help assign job owners to a job by reviewing any history they have with a client.
The Job List report gives a list of jobs (projects) with relevant essential information regarding each job. It’s a handy report for project managers to review projects by job type, and project status.Continue reading

The Unbilled Work Quick Summary on Proposals report gives a list of ‘unbilled’ work on proposals within a selected date range.
It’s useful to check the value of time and cost spent on proposals.
This report includes many of the same filters and features used for managing billable WIP, and can be accessed from the same screen. It’s used to compare and manage current proposals by filtering and grouping data by office, client manager, and project managers.
As the name suggests, Unbilled Work Quick Summary Report will give you a summarised report that you can run against one or all jobs, to see quickly what is outstanding out of all your billable time.
It’s a static printable report of unbilled time as of a given date. For live WIP management we recommend using Manage WIP from the Invoicing screens.Continue reading
The Jobs and Tasks report gives a list of jobs with associated tasks, estimated time and fees.
Formerly only available for current jobs, you can now filter by date, current/non-current jobs, and also billable/non-billable.
The Current Client Contacts report gives a list of all contacts associated with clients. The report shows only current contacts and current clients, grouped and filtered by your company offices. It also optionally groups by client owners. This report is typically used by administration, marketing and project management teams.Continue reading
