The Clients and Jobs Not Billable report gives a list of clients and their jobs which are not billable. This report is only available for current clients and current projects.

Clients and Jobs Not Billable Report

Go to Reports >> Performance Reports >> Clients and Jobs >> click on Clients and Jobs Not Billable and select the required filter for Job Office.

Click on ‘Report Options’ and select any of the preview options to preview a list of ‘Clients and Jobs – Not Billable’.

Understanding the data

The Clients and Jobs Not Billable report shows the following information-

• Client Name
• Job Code and
• Description

From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on any ‘Contact Name’ to view the client Details for page.

The client name for this report comes from the ‘Details’ tab in the Details for client page.

From Clients, Contacts & Jobs >> Search Clients and Jobs >> click on the relevant ‘Job Code’ corresponding to the ‘Contact name’ to go into Job Details page.

The ‘Job Code’ and ‘Description’ for this report comes from the Job Details tab in this page.
