The Unbilled Work Quick Summary on Proposals report gives a list of ‘unbilled’ work on proposals within a selected date range.
It’s useful to check the value of time and cost spent on proposals.
This report includes many of the same filters and features used for managing billable WIP, and can be accessed from the same screen. It’s used to compare and manage current proposals by filtering and grouping data by office, client manager, and project managers.
Unbilled Work Quick Summary On Proposals Report
Go to Reports >> Performance Reports >> Invoicing >> click on Unbilled Work Quick Summary on Proposals and select the required date range.
You can optionally filter and/or group this report by Job Office, Client, Job, Client Owner 1, Job Owner 1 and Job Owner 2.
In this report, you can choose both the ‘Date From’ and ‘Date To’, which is different from the Unbilled Work Quick Summary Report, where a ‘Date From’ cannot be chosen.
A ‘Date From’ can be chosen in this report because in this case, as they are proposals, you cannot actually bill them so there isn’t that restriction on data.
