Browse Jobs is most commonly used by Job Managers to review and update a Job Status, and to mark completed Jobs as ‘non-current’. From here you can also double click on the Job number to jump directly to the job screen and view more details.
From Clients, Jobs and Contacts > Choose Browse Jobs, Contacts and Notes.
The Browse Jobs/Projects section provides a quick list of all Jobs, with a number of filter options.
Print Selected items to include a summary of the last job diary note entered – useful for reviewing notes on current proposals.
Or choose Print Job List for details without diary notes to discuss current work for all job managers at management meetings.
Write Off and Close Selected Jobs (Projects) will create a zero value invoice and assign all unbilled work, before making the job non-current.
