Invoice Modification

Posted on August 28, 2011 by Jen

The invoice layout, account rendered and statement can all be modified to suit your corporate image.

We will add your logo and modify the header, subtotal and footer of the Abtrac invoice to suit.

As part of your Abtrac invoice training we will show you how to style the main body of each individual invoice using features within Abtrac’s invoicing module.

Abtrac Invoice Fields Available:

You can show as much, or as little information as you wish on your invoice. For simplicity our template examples show all available fields.

Click here for a list of Invoice reference fields

Please note: Not all templates have all the company fields displayed for your office, e.g. email/fax/postal and street address – each template displays all the contact fields available for that template.

Please check your contact requirements before confirming your template.

Template OneLogo : 144.4mm x 30.46mm

Choose from 9 stylish templates:

Click on each template image for full size pdf copies.

If you choose your template and provide a suitable logo before your Abtrac installation there is no fee for modifying your chosen template. Post implementation our standard rate of $160 per hour applies for a template delivery.

The fee to customise an Abtrac invoice, statement or account rendered for a layout other than one of the nine provided is also $160 per hour. (Fees quoted are exclusive of GST)

Not every request for customisations to your invoice will be possible.

Invoice Logo Requirements

Logo dimensions are provided for each template. In addition your logo must be of a high quality/resolution(dpi/ppi) for invoice printing as well as emailing. Logos must be supplied in an image format such as .jpg, png etc.

To prevent your image being skewed please specify (in millimetres) the size your image needs scaled to (If the physical dimensions differ from your invoice template default image size).
